looks awesome. I just picked up a 60cm cheviot in green from HQ and built
it up myself as well. it feels pretty good to be so upright, something i
havent ever experienced on one of my own bikes til now.

Goes to show there's more than one way to Build-a-Bike. Great job, and
thanks for sharing your process. Others may find that encouraging and
interesting.

Oh, that is just the tip of the story! I went through a Raleigh RX 1.0,
Trek Pilot 5.0 WSD (great fit, but skinny tire road bike), a Jamis Coda
Elite, Terry Valkyrie, Workcycles Secret Service. I wanted a 'girl' bike
after years (heck, my whole life) on men's bikes due to being 5'10" and a
PBH
Thanks! The picture is taken just across the road where I live on Willow
Lake Road in Prescott, AZ. I lived in the Bay Area for decades, moved to
AZ, then spent a year in Ann Arbor, MI (where Heidi was delivered), and am
finally back to AZ. There are so many trails and great places to ride —
Beautiful orange and I'm glad you found the bike of your dreams!!

It's so great that you got this bike just PERFECT for YOU. Many happy
years of riding! Beautiful background, too.
