I have a Nitto Big Rear Rack. Purchased new from Rivendell, it has been on a 56cm Bombadil and a 58cm Atlantis. It precedes the newest revision with the secondary pannier rail. I'd call this the "large" frame size geometry, in that it expects the seatstays to be more vertical. I'd let it go for $120 picked up in El Cerrito, CA and $135 shipped.
