For some reason I thought the Quickbeam was canti-brakes . So you have a Mark's rack not a Mini-front. You could use that mounting hole on the front. Here is a thread from earlier this year on a really nice mod to put a Paul Gino on the strut of a Mark's rack. I like getting the light down a litt
