For pedals, I use MKS Touring, wit
Birkenstocks for me , and Wellgo MG-1 BMX pedals :) My feet are
positioned midfoot over the pedal, and with the cleats of the pedals
sticking into the soles of shoes, my feet don't move at all. Up 20 some
percent gradients standing or sitting, and screaming downhill at 120 RPM's
