Patrick raises an interesting question: Is there a proper way to clean waxed canvas? I've never thrown mine into the washer but just hosing it off doesn't seem to do much except wash of the surface grit. I'm afraid anything aggressive will destroy whatever's left of the waxing. It still feels k
