To answer some questions:
1) Yellow Tressorstar tape, amber shellac. It only took 2 rolls and
about a third of a can of Bullseye shellac.
2) The color of the bike is supposed to be butterscotch. Initially I
hated it, but I like it now. I got the frame in the homeless section
of the

rolls did you use for each side of the bars, and what is your method?
I thought I could use one for each side, but clearly not enough.
