I think 45mm is a conservative number. When I had a Sam it did 50mm easily, and
that was with center pull brakes not cantis.

Too small for me. I was ready to buy a Roscoe before they came out, but
none fit me well. At best I was at the very edge of the PBH range and I
don't want to be there, I want to toward the middle. Riv didn't build any
that met that criterion, so I remain Bubbe-less.
