Thankfully, my LBS happens to be the type of shop that carries Marathon Supreme 700x40. By the time I got there after work, the little bulge had grown. Not quite alarming, but close. And, yeah, I'm a worry-wart.
A big "thank you" to Jim and Mongo (Mark) at Hiawatha Cyclery for quickly getting me back on my way. One slight downside - a new Marathon Supreme appears to be significantly smaller than one that's been on the bike for a year.
