Roberta, An alternative to the stock mount that requires zip ties is this 
side mount one from Topeak, it is confirmed to fit the Road Morph pumps. It 
mounts underneath a bottle mount and the pump is attached at the side. The 
velcro adds extra security, but it won't come out even if it didn't ave 
velcro.  Why this isn't the default included mount , you got me !
