If you are using the FixedGear toot calculator, I found it to be off by 2
teeth when I was setting up my Lemond Zurich as a single speed. Just
checked, don't have a 45 t ring.

I hsve the aforementioned 43t from Riv if anybody wants it. I got the last
one a few months ago then quickly discovered my knees don't do singlespeed
anymore and sold that frame. Have the outer position guard they sell,
too..holler at me and I'll cook up a price.
