I’m now rethinking what might work on the Sequoia… I’m a rookie in the
world of caliper brakes and didn’t consider the drastic effect that tire
clearance might have on suitability. Oop

I've got a couple of quickbeam forks in a box somewhere that belonged to 68cm
beams. I'm not certain of their length, but maybe 260mm?, certainly not smaller.

Figured I'd put an ask out here (and then iBob) before going to the source
for NOS. I've taken a look on Merry, and it seems like the vast majority of
Soma options are threadless - I can't do that...

Seems that the hierarchy of suitable forks (I could be wrong...) would be:
1. Ram
2. Quickbeam
3. Hilsen
4. Hillborne
