Just rub it a bit with some 00 steel wool and dab it with what you said, or some primer or what have you. It will be fine, don't sweat it. I usually wrap a slice of old inner tube where the clamp goes. And make sure no edge is biting down, that the pressure is evenly distributed. On Sunday,
