I've noticed a fair number of posts regarding rear-rim Synergy failures. My/our approach is this: if the wheel's been ridden for a "reasonable" time -- say, 6 years or more -- then I/we offer to replace it at half-price, with no labor charge. You cover the shipping to us (you could send just the
