Ash, that mount puts the pump to the outside of a water bottle braze on, so you
place your bottle holder underneath of the bottle mount. You may need some
slightly longer bolts, maybe not. But yeah, as mentioned, the pump is do tiny
I would carry it in a bag IF I had the room. If, of course.

I agree with David, but frankly I don't see the point in mounting it to the
frame at all. I have various mini pumps tossed in bar- or saddle-bags.

If it was me I'd mount it forward of the fork leg so that (a) debris carried up
by the wheel won't strike it and (b) if it came loose and toppled into the
spokes it would be thrown away from the wheel instead of jamming against the
fork blade.
