I think the angle of the photo may exaggerate the bars a bit. Having the
top above the seat and the drops below the seat is a good compromise, but I
anticipate dialing it in will remove a stack or two and change the angle.

Nicely done good to start small and build up. I wanted a Riv and started with a
Handsome devil, very close in spec to the LHT, love the Devil and still want a
Riv. Enjoy riding with your bro that's the important piece.

Having seen the smog white in person, it's quite nice. Good looking bike.
Like the bars way up like that. Glad Surly went with a longer steerer
tube. Really think the LHT with 26" wheels in larger sizes fills a spot in
the bike community that's often overlooked.
