The QR and cable clamp looks like plastic. But what is it? Aluminum, steel? It is the black part where you clamp the cable. Also, what kinda bolt head is that on the QR (NOT the cbale clamp bolt, but the bolt holding on the QR)? It isn't Allen. Torx? Do I need to adjust this ever?
