My plans for the "winter".
1. build up the hilsen. Wheels are in, waiting on cranks, bottom
bracket and some odds and ends
2. clean up and maybe overhaul the romulus drive train.
3.we're contemplating selling one of the tandems and acquiring another
one - possibly a tandem tuesday from bike friday
Not terribly Rivendellish, but I'm going to convert a wheelset to
tubeless. May try ghetto or go w/ regular Stans. Should be interesting!

Deal with the bike I don't ride - squish nose go fast mtb
Dig into the resto on the old English bike I have been ignoring
Deal with the two frames I've stashed in the attic at work (garage sale
finds)
other than that, the regular, sloth-paced, deferred maintenence on my
actively ridden bikes.
I'm hoping to upgrade the AHH a bit. I have a new SKF BB for it, and would
like to get the new Herse crank - or the VO 50.4 if I can't part with the
dough. I also need to set up rando lighting so I can start doing some
longer rides. I've been using an IQ Cyo on my winter bike, and I can't
stand

Find 68 cm something and build up.

I need to resurrect my old Novara XR, so I can have something to ride 'n
lock. The LongLow and the Quickbeam are simply too dear to let out of my
sight, unattended.

How about a 6-speed 13-21 freewheel? You'll LOVE it!

I just read through the 2010 winter projects thread. Pretty entertaining.
This winter, I've got a few projects that I'm planning. I'm doing another
650B build. Between my Hilsen and Bombadil, I hardly need another 650B
bike, but I wanted to try the low trail skinny tube thing, and I had an
