Cross levers really help on the descent from Whiite topthat is if your're running drop bars of course. 3 of my metrics this year have been the creeper trail on my Sam35 Pasela TGs and fendered. That's usually my longest ride(s) of the year...what is it like 67-68 miles or so from Abingdon

Oops. Guess the original topic was to do with trail riding with Ram/ Roms. I'm sure they are both excellant choices for the creeper. I have a Rambouilletnever had it off road to speak of...but I wouldn't be the least bit leary of it for "sane" off road use. C On Fri, Sep 3, 2010 at 1:41 PM, c

The fenders are SKS Chromoplastics. It took a bit of finagling, drilling, hacksawing, and screw searching to get a workable line. I'm pretty sure they're P45s. On Saturday, April 18, 2015 at 9:51:59 AM UTC-5, lukeheller wrote: > > So I've been limiting my Rom's tire size all these years? Doh. B

Luke, I think the 700x49 fluted were a one time run. They're just about prefect on the canti-Rom width wise--maybe a touch of a squeeze at the chainstays. Best, joe broach pdx or On Apr 18, 2015 7:51 AM, "lukeheller" wrote: > So I've been limiting my Rom's tire size all these years? Doh. Blast
