I weighed the KV-2 hull which included the drive train, motors, and front sprockets/shafts yesterday. It weighed in at 75lbs. Add 26lbs. for batteries, 15lbs. for the turret and innards, another 26lbs. for tracks, and like another 15lbs. for wheels/hardware should put it up in the 150lb. range.

I use all my standard woodworking tools including my table saw to cut it. I would guess that you would want to use the higher speed. The faster you make the cut, the less it will melt. The longer the plastic is exposed to the hot blade, the more it will melt. The only time I've had any issues wi
