I have stalled my M-01 motors and blown a 30A fuse, but that was because I
was trying to make the 120lb. Sturmtiger climb a tree stump... :)

For 2011,
May your paint always fly true.
Your motors run strong.
And the ESC not meltdown.
To all of our friends stationed in foreign lands,( this does not include Las
Vegas) be safe and come home soon.

Thanks. I think I'm averaging around 40 amps based on the time my
battery lasts in recent tests. So that's in line with your info.

When operating at 12v, I used 30-40 amps as my normal operating current
estimate based on various measurements we made in the early days. Peak
current draws of 60-90 amps are possible when running EV Warriors at 12v
with excessive loading (such as improper gear ratio or when the motors
are sta
The Cromwell is running two EVW's at 24v provided by two 18AH SLA's in
series. I've never measured peak amp loads but I've never blown the
60A fuse which is protecting the ESC. My ESC is also current limiting
so is probably a factor to consider.

Also along those lines, What king of amps would I expect my M01s to be
pulling at 24v at a 1:1 raatio on a 120lbs tank?

For those of you using EV Warrior motors, either now or in years past,
what is your experience of average amperage, and what voltage were you
running them at?
