Hey thanks for the info mate, what do you reckon your m113 weighs in at, I'm probably looking at a all up weight of about 25-30 kgs.Do you have a good deflection from the suspension? -- -- You are currently subscribed to the "R/C Tank Combat" group. To post a message, send email to

My 1/6 scale M113 uses 6.3mm torsion bars, it could go a bit lighter depends on total weight. The chassis is a 2mm steel bent tub and fairly heavy steel wheels that I made. B From: 'Mike Mangus' via R/C Tank Combat [rctankcombat@googlegroups.com] Sent: Monday,

After digging out SV15 and measuring the wire, it has 5/32" wire which actually comes out to 3.9 mm.  Looks like your call for 4mm wire is spot on.  :)  The SV15 chassis was originally for a 1/6 scale M113.  :) Mike From: taranaki tanker To: R/C Tank Combat

Hey thanks for the info mate. What would be a good size wire to use on a 1/6th m113 fsv? Something about 2-3 mm be good enough? Am a bit limited on the sizes I can get hold of for a decent price, 1,8 meters for$15 nz -- -- You are currently subscribed to the "R/C Tank Combat" group. To post
