[RDA-L] Need for relocalization

Bibrame, Autocat, and RDA-L: The conclusion reached by these six Prophets of Doom is that relocalization is vital. The Bibfrane, RDA, movement seems to be in the opposite direction. If these predictions come true, those libraries with inhouse catalogues may feel fortunate.
