Not sure who to address this to, but I've tried my best on the archives to resolve this with no applicable results.
I'm trying to subscribe to AUTOCAT and RDA-L via the RSS tool in Microsoft Outlook, but every time I try, I get the following message: "Outlook cannot process the RSS content from https://listerv.syr.edu/scripts/wa.exe?RSS&L=AUTOCAT%v=2.0<https://listerv.syr.edu/scripts/wa.exe?RSS&L=AUTOCAT%25v=2.0>. The link may not point to a valid RSS source. I've tried also to subscribe using Google Reader, but no luck either. The subscription for AUTOCAT took in IE, but not for RDA-L, where a bad character was cited: An invalid character was found in text content. Line: 2072 Character: 13 <author>? I'd be grateful for any pointers on how to get either or both these lists subscribed in Outlook. ---------------------- May Chan Cataloguing Manager Burnaby Public Library Tel: (604) 436-5424 Fax: (604) 436-2961 The contents of this message may not necessarily reflect the position of the Burnaby Public Library.
