There are two relationship designator questions SLC needs answering
before September 1st:
First, what relationship code should be used for 111/711 in records
for proceedings? (Having the same designation as the actual writers
of the papers seems strange to me; the conference itself wrote
nothing.)
Second, when doing 700$a$t added entries for the papers within the
proceedings, do we insert a relationship code between the author and
the paper title?
