Small houseboat system that I put in a few years back needs a gas gauge other
than the original E-meter. Operator issues require something simpler. System
uses Trace T40 CC, but can't seem to find the lcd display that was an optional
accessory - anybody have one of those or other ideas for a
I'm pretty sure the meter option for the C40 controller is still in production,
and should be easy to find.
The model number has changed, however. What was formerly the C40DVM is now CM
for the faceplate version,
and CM/R-50 for the remote mount version with 50' cord. CM/R-100 gets a 100'
I'd suggest a differential voltage probe and a current probe with a two
channel scope. Observe both waveforms simultaneously. Phase shift
(PF), amplitude, waveshape, harmonics, etc all at one time. Most
digital scopes you can store the waveforms, download them to your
computer, or just take
