We have invested in an Iota charger with the IQ4 board for this purpose.
Pricy, yes, but seems to have the best chance of success for reviving the
bank as a unit.

One thing that is very easy is to just charge each battery with a 12v charger.
Cheap and easy.
You can disconnect them, charge them each or in parallel, then reconnect them.
