[RE-wrenches] Xantrex/Schneider recall

Is anyone getting reimbursed from Schneider for the replacement cost for the recalled GT series disaster line? We have yet to get response from them when we pose this question. And has anyone seen one of these buggers smoke or blow off the cover? Thanks, marco _

Marco, I talked with them via the phone number provided with the recall notice to get a case number. They want to go around and figure out the exact model of all the inverter you have out so they can figure out the correct kit to send, using the attached table. You call them with the info and they

I just got off the phone with those guys today.and apparently the first few folks in line got all the replacement parts they had on hand and they are waiting for the replacements to their original stock of replacement partsI was told that they were hoping to get more parts in the next coup
