Hi Bill, et al, Thanks for pointing out there are generational differences with the SolarBridge inverters. In one small effort to unmask some of the marketing drivel, as of earlier this month, there were seven different module manufacturers using some form of SolarBridge inverter.

It's still cheaper to do a separate micro, unfortunately. Hopefully that will change soon.I also like the Enphase monitoring better from a consumer friendliness standpoint. From an installation standpoint, I can definitely see us doing mostly AC module residential installations in the

Nick, It was several years ago (2006-08) but I've installed these, and had to deal with a ground fault issue as well. In my case the fault was discovered while testing string voltages prior to turning the system on. The roofer had already completed installing all the concrete tiles, so there was

Hello wrenches, I am looking for advice on how the 120% rule applies to feeders for a subpanel. I have this scenario: 150A bus rating on subpanel with main breaker of 100A. The conductors feeding this subpanel are 100A rated conductors. Can I backfeed with a 40A breaker? Thanks -- Mac
