I would stop there and see if it is corrected. I have seen high SG when there is little or no boil offand water is not added, if someone has added acid the SG is not usable. You can use the entire system as it is a load tester turn off the pv, gen set and the wind put a 2 k load (ac) on the system

Mac, Sounds to me that “someone” (ahem…) added some sulfuric acid to the cells instead of plain distilled water. Either that or there is some sort of contamination in there that is raising the density or “weight” of the fluid beyond just what the proper amount of acid would do. “Specific grav
