I agree the PVC is better for corrosion, but if I sweep up with PVC I will
be running DC in PVC inside the house for however many inches it takes to
convert to EMT...which is a part I'm not sure about.

I agree with Dan that the Shurflo is a viable approach. I have used them many
times when either budget or silty water made Flowlight Booster Pump out of the
question. I would add a bit more advice to get the best results:
1. Pressure tank, absolutely and it can’t be too big. Shurlo plastic tank
