You can replace the internal SW fans (if the fans themselves are the problem.) BUT the replacement fans must draw approximately the same current as the original fans because they are powered by a current source rather than voltage source. i.e. If you use a fan that draws less than the fan

Hi all I've got a friend of a friend who is having trouble with his XW 5548 selling to the grid It appears that it'll sell up to around 2.2k, and that's it. There is 4 kw hydro going into a XW high voltage controller. Yes it has all correct dump and safety components so nothing is blowing up.

Hello Wrenches, I recently assessed a 22 year old Trace 4024. During bulk charge mode, I noticed that the charge would go from about 18A down to 5-6A every 15-20 seconds, and then repeat the cycle. I observed this for about 5 minutes relatively consistently I also noticed the body of the 4024
