Have you looked at the Lumos system? They are not cheap, but look nice,
and would work well in this application. The rail has integrated wire
management.

If you want to go custom, you should be able to through-bolt to the bottom
of the module frame with standard stainless hardware per the manufacturer
instructions. Here is an example from SunPower's installation guide

Well it seems that I can't leave well enough alone.
Below are some links I have found to the Tigo and IMO products concerning
module level shutdown.
Both have been tested with OutBack products.
I do not think Tigo or IMO have a presence on Wrenches and I know this is
gaining
I don't think I'm going to get the spans I need in this high wind area with
an off-the-shelf aluminum solar rail. I think the purlins will need to be
steel. I'm thinking either Z-purlins or I-beams. I have to mount the
modules in landscape. I guess what I'm really looking for is standard
hardware
