You may want to look at Tigo for the MLSD, Outback Radian and Blue Ion LI
battery W/integrated BMS

Andrew - I imagine you've already considered a StorEdge and LG Chem battery?

Hi Lones,
Can the frequency shift be retrofitted to an earlier radian, four +
years old? The unit now has the obsolete, remote operated circuit
breaker (ROCB) that I'm a bit concerned about.
Thanks,
Drake

Mon,
The only way to grid zero with a Radian is with dc coupled solar. AC coupled
with frequency shift has to sell to the grid.

Yes, they do LI's. Yes they sell their own batteries but we are in the
process of using one with Tesla car batteries ( harvested from damaged
Tesla's ). They helped by modifying some the factory settings for us.

Hi Andrew
OutBack now has AC Coupling for the Radian using frequency shift.
Below is a link to the Ac Coupling/ Frequency Shift App Note located on the
OutBack website.

Hey Peter,
Thanks for the input, I recently had another installer
recommend them to me a couple weeks ago so Ill check them out. Do you know
if they can handle the lithium ion batteries? Kinda looks like they have
their own battery?

Hi Andrew,
The last firmware added some new XW features. I do not know
how easy it would be to shut down a roof system. Here is a link to the
latest revision.

Take a look at the Sol-Ark product. Far more robust than the SE and
probably the best hybrid on the market. Can take up to 11 kw worth of solar,
8 kw AC of output with high peak levels. Easy to wire and the customer
support is great. Does work with rapid shut down from a few vendors.
Wrenches,
I got a situation where I got a client who wants to get
solar with battery backup but where he is located the grid cannot currently
accept incoming solar, but we can buy from them. I was thinking about doing
an conext xw system and then solaredge ac coupling for module
