Greg, I logged into SOS.Fronius.com and entered the 573 error code for a Primo 3.8 inverter. The diagnosis says "Power derating because of too low ambient temperature." Does it get too cold in Alaska?  Dave Lee ROAM Solar San Carlos, CA On Tue, Mar 14, 2023 at 8:12 PM greg egan via

Greg,             My Fronius manual goes up to a code 517 but no "higher".  I assume you're talking about an "IG".  The last Ph # I used for them was 810-220-4414. Bill Feather River Solar Electric Bill Battagin, Owner 4291 Nelson St.(shipping) 5575 Genesee Rd. (USPS, UPS) Taylorsville, CA

I decided to make this a 2nd thread, so as not to high jack the original theme. I have a question: it sounds like you are not spraying the roof, because its metal?  Isn't the plywood and rafters still vulnerable underneath the metal, or no? I'm concerned with large hot embers. Can you post

I can help with this as Michael built something similar to what I designed and installed in 2001: I plumbed small irrigation sprayers every ~15' around the perimeter of my buildings under the eaves. This wets down the perimeter of the structures, particularly the combustion zone where the
