Are there any recommendations on repair shops for the above device? Schneider
provided me with a list of repair shops but none of them work on charge
controllers. The charge controller in question throws a ground fault error when
there isn’t one. I verified this with a different charg

Many batteries on circuit boards are for the Real-Time Clock (RTC) in the event
that the main power source is absent. I believe that’s the case for the Envoy.

I’m in need of some troubleshooting help on a newly installed system with rapid
shutdown. System consists 2 SMA SB5.0-1 SP-US-41 (RSD version), RSD devices are
APS RSD-S-PLC. Each SB is configured with two strings of 9. Modules are REC
Alpha 360s.

I’m looking to tie in a Generac Powerpact 7.5kW generator with transfer switch
to a Sol-Ark 12kW. The Sol-Ark has a two wire start (NO or NC) capability,
however, the Generac transfer switch operates on loss of 240V. Is my only
option to use a relay driven by the two wire start to dro
