I have an Outback Flexpower2 installed in my shop for a
year now and they are as quite a church mouse at lower power. Once the
fans come on though its fan noise, usually for awhile as loads pick-up
for the day. If the power drops below about 5-600 watts? or so for

VFXR might be too loud. I have customers who object to the noise that theirs
makes even though it is mounted to a basement wall and well removed from their
living area. The fans do seem to run frequently.
I’ve installed the Victron model in vans and have not had a complaint.

Hi all
I’ve got a client that wants a replacement inverter as her magnum is way to
loud. Yep, shouldn’t be inside, and not by her bedroom but it is and can’t be
moved, either one.
So looking for feedback as to the most quiet 3000ish watt 120vac 12vdc
