[RE-wrenches] Investment Tax Credit

I have two questions about the Investment tax Credit (ITC). (1) I understand that it has an expiration date of December 31, 2010. If this is true, is it probable that it will be extended for another year or more? Asked another way, what are the chances that it will be allowed to expire? (
