I have used Krinner ground screws, and combned them with Unirac. The screws work well in many soil types, but for a large project you would need an auger driver on a bobcat to ensure the screws go in completely vertical (they tilt if you are not careful). Chris

Anyone try the Zilla system with the helical screws? I’m normally a pole mount guy but planning a ground mount with Zilla next spring. I like the idea of the helical screw as it is less evasive. The only down fall I see is that you can’t get it off the ground more than 24” which may become an issue in the winter months.

Thanks,

We have used Schletter, it was spected on a project and i was not that impressed, took to long to get what we needed and when it was all done it works but l like what we have better. I have no reason to stock another product line.

Chris,

I've used these a few times. I would say they were successful.

What sort of questions do you have?

Has anyone had success using Schletter FS racking system? I am having a hard time talking to their people, and getting answers to some information to price the project.

Thank you, Chris
