I believe calling at 2 AM your time would help. Once you hit about 8:30
AM EST, you might as well just do the online thing. Often online just
takes 10-30 minutes and you get a valid answer (though I was told by a
tech today he spent three hours going this route - hopefully that was a
one-time

Does anyone know any special tricks to get through to a live person at
SolarEdge support?
We've been dealing with nightmare waits of HOURS while my field crew wait,
wait and wait and wait some more.
