It just occurred to me that the new secure power supply model Sunny Boy
TL inverters might be able to charge a battery based inverter through
its regular AC input, and avoid some of the control issues inherent to

Keep in mind that the secure power supply (SPS) is limited to 1500W output, in
full sun.
Recently I was testing a SPS system on a fairly overcast day and was able to
power a simple radio but not able to turn on a 500W work lamp.

I've quoted a few systems with an IOTA charger and small inverter. I have
not had any feedback yet. I figure the separate battery charger and
inverter won't make the loads flicker so much when the sun comes and goes.
I'm not sure if the SPS comes back automatically when it's been overloaded
though.
