Our email and listserver host has been having debilitating hardware problems on and off for a few days. They are working hard to fix things, I am told. I am not sure how this is affecting the list, as one of their problems has been precluding me from getting my List mail since I managed a download last night. But I suspect there have been delays on listserver outgoing emails.
