Colorado Wrenches - I am putting together my Xcel application for my personal residential PV system and I am having a hard time finding the exact specifications for the meter socket I am required to supply. I have found that it must be in compliance with the "3/1/11 revision of the Xcel Energy Standard", but my research assistant (aka google) has been unable to produce that document for me. Any thoughts?

It's just that I prefer fusion to fission. And it just so happens that there's an enormous fusion reactor safely banked a few million miles from us. It delivers more than we could ever use in just about 8 minutes. And it's wireless!" ~William McDonough
