Hello Reboler, Just want to let you know, that I just uploaded UCS-2 encoder/decoder which is able to convert strings to UCS-2 octet bytes according specified character map.
http://www.reboltech.com/library/scripts/ucs2.r It's not well tested so if you will find some bug, just let me know.
