Got the same on W98, but seems to be platform independent ; try this which
has a similar behaviour
Add in desktop/services.r :service "Edit" %edit.r
Start up View and launch "Edit" OK
Click Local folder and launch "Edit" again : Missing file: /c/program
files/rebol/view/lo
