POTATO HAMBURGER CASSEROLE
3 potatoes, sliced thin
1 lb. hamburger
1 sm. onion
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 (16 oz.) can green beans, drained
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 can of milk
4 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
Put sliced potatoes in bottom of greased casserole dish. Brown hamburger
and onion

Corn Dog Casserole

2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1 cup grated cheddar cheese

2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped

1 small red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
2 tablespoons dill pickle relish
2 cups creamy salad dressing (e.g. Miracle Whip)
3 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard

4 cups quick oats
1 cup oleo
Mix and press in 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
Melt and put on top:
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 lb chocolate chip
You can use less Chocolate and more peanut butter if ya like and add some
coconut too.

1 cup flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup brown sugar
Blend to a coarse meal.
Add: 1/4 cup chopped pecans
Press into a 8x8 pan; bake at 350F for 10 minutes.
Pecan Topping: Beat 2 eggs until foamy.
Add the following:

I know all of the readers use at least some cast iron cookware
and certainly every one of you has had to deal with a skillet,
