1/2 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
1/8 tsp. each ground nutmeg, salt
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
2 tbsp. crushed butter-flavored cracker

Don was so thrilled when I found this recipe, because it meant I was
actually going to make asparagus! Up until making this delectable side
dish, I had never eaten asparagus. I fell in love with it, and make
these savory spears often when fresh asparagus is at its bounty.
