COUNTRY STYLE STEAK AND GRAVY   

      4 pieces cubed steak
      1/2 c. flour
      2 c. milk or water, or combination of both

      Roll cubed steak in flour, salt and pepper and brown in oil or 
shortening. Cook until done. Remove meat from pan and using about 1/4 cup meat 
drippings, add 1/4 cup flour. Stir over medium heat until lightly browned. Add 
about 2 cups milk or water or combination, stirring constantly until thickened. 
Pour gravy over meat.
