Crockpot Pork Chops
6 lean pork chops, 3/4 to 1-inch thick
2/3 cup flour
2 tsp. dry (hot) mustard
1 tsp. garlic powder
3 Tbs. extra virgin olive oil

8 to 10 small, thick porkchops
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp sage
1 can (12 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 Tbsp dried onion flakes
CROCKPOT PORK CHOPS
4 to 6 Boneless pork chops, trimmed of excess fat
3 Cans tomato soup
Approximately 3/4 soup can of water
1 chopped onion
1 chopped bell pepper
Salt & pepper to taste
