Chicken Stuffed With Creole Rice Dressing 1 large Chicken Add 1/2 to 2/3 cup breadcrumbs and 1/4 to 1/2 cup stock or water. Mix thoroughly. Spoon stuffing mix into chicken. Place stuffed chicken on greased baking dish and bake at 350°F until chicken is cooked. Baste chicken with butter or margarine during cooking. Note: Place remaining dressing in baking casserole. Cover tightly and bake in preheated oven at 350° F for 40 minutes or until hot. This stuffing is excellent for stuffing all fowl.
