Chocolate Upside-Down Cake
Ingrediants:
3/4 cup sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 cup nuts
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 cup milk
2 tsp. butter, melted
1 cup flour
2 tsp. baking powder
Directions:
Combine all ingredients; mix thoroughly. Pour into
9 inch square pan.
Topping:
1/2 cup brown

Ingrediants:
1 chocolate cake mix
6 tablespoons of cocoa powder
1 1/2 cups of brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped pecans or
walnuts
2 2/3 cups of hot water
Instructions:
Pour cake mixture into a 9 x 13
greased cake pan.
Mix cocoa and brown sugar
together, sprinkle over
